Processing Time
At Mosaic Products and Holdings LLC, we are committed to providing quality products to our customers. Many of our products are prepared, packaged, or sourced on a regular basis to help ensure freshness and quality.
Because some of our products contain natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or consistency may occur. Certain products may require shaking before use, which is completely normal.
Orders are typically processed within 7–14 business days after payment has been successfully authorized and cleared. Orders are shipped once processing is complete.
Please note that the total processing timeframe before shipment may take up to 14 business days.
Orders will not begin processing until payment has been successfully verified and cleared through our payment processor.
Shipping
Orders are shipped primarily through USPS Ground Advantage.
- Estimated delivery after shipment is 2–5 business days within the United States.
- Shipping times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.
For P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Expedited shipping is not available for these addresses.
International Shipping
Mosaic Products and Holdings LLC proudly serves customers worldwide.
International orders may require additional transit time due to customs processing and international shipping regulations.
Customers are responsible for any applicable:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Local government charges
Please verify your country's import requirements before placing an order.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply before the package can be reshipped.
Order Confirmation
After your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email
- Your order number
- A summary of your purchase
If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders quickly, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been submitted.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchange Policy
At this time, Mosaic Products and Holdings LLC does not offer refunds.
We do, however, offer exchanges for qualifying products under the following conditions:
- The item is unused.
- The item remains unopened.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- The item arrived damaged or contains a verified manufacturing defect.
Requests based on personal preference, scent, color variation, allergies, or dissatisfaction with a product are not eligible for exchange.
All exchange requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to an error or defect caused by Mosaic Products and Holdings LLC.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Opened products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Samples or travel-size products
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Products purchased through third-party retailers or distributors
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
Once reviewed, our team will determine the appropriate resolution.
Lost Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, shipping delays or delivery issues become the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist you with filing a claim or locating your shipment whenever possible.
Payment Authorization
All purchases are subject to payment authorization and fraud prevention measures.
Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully approved and verified.
